Damaged/Defective Product

If you receive your product in damaged or defective condition, please contact our office within 48 hours of receipt of product and retain any and all packaging.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an equicross product, contact our office for an RMA.  You may return it shipping prepaid via UPS within 7 days of receipt in new, salable condition for a merchandise credit or a refund equal to the price of the product less a 25 percent restocking fee.

Custom Rope and Custom Belt orders are not returnable.  Some Custom order products may not be returnable or may be subject to additional charges - which may be necessary to return a product to new and salable condition. If any product is found to be defective - manufacturers warranty will apply.
