Great where extra stability is needed - or where you want to span longer distances. 39" high, 3" wide, 14" base, weighs 16 lbs when filled with water. Comes in High-visibility orange with reflective Silver bands. Includes C-hooks. Span up to 12' between posts with 6mm or up to 10' between posts with 8mm plastic chain. Chain can be hooked to c-hooks or run continuously through slots beneath decorative top. Great new product for parking lots, traffic control or wherever extra weight is needed.
